The R9000TT and R9000TTB Twin Tub Spray Gun Cleaner’s, bring together two of our most popular machines into one unit. These twin tub’s enable the technician to identify the solvent and water sides quickly and easily, virtually eliminating the possibility of cross contamination.
R9000TT
The R9000-TT has all the features and benefits of the R1000 and the R9000, the Solvent guncleaner allows full automatic washing of Spray Guns, or a total manual wash or a combination of both. The pumps deliver a high volume of solvent at low pressure, which makes these machines extremely efficient and ensures minimal loss of solvent through fume extraction. The Aqua gun cleaner has all of the same functions of the R1000, and requires no special chemicals or additives for cleaning the sprayguns, just tap water. It use’s the same high volume pump as the solvent machine, which provides water to a brush or pistol allowing quick and efficient cleaning of internal and external surfaces. Recycling the water can be carried out in the machine using a Flocculating agent (coagulant), which separates the paint from the water; the paint is then caught in filters below the top basin. The unit comes complete with filter basket and water reservoir (no hidden extra’s).
R9000TTB
The R9000-TT-B offers all the same features as the R3600 and the R950. The solvent side allows Semi-Automatic gun cleaning. The wash cycle is in 2 stages. Stage 1 is automatic, using recirculating solvent and lasts two minutes. Stage 2 is a manual clean rinse, allowing the technician to ensure his equipment is clean.
The Aqua side uses the same features as the R950, but uses a simple tap system to control the supply of water to the brush or pistol. The pistol can also be supplied directly from the mains water supply (must be specified when the unit is ordered). Recycling the water is carried out in the same way as the above Aqua Machine.
R9000TTS
Is the complete workstation for cleaning solvent paint spraying equipment. It combines a manual and automatic Gun Cleaner side by side in one unit.
As with all Redashe Gun Cleaners, the wash basins are set at the ideal working height to avoid back strain and unnecessary splashing. A canopy with an extraction point covers the entire work area; this can be connected to a Mini Vent extractor or mixing room extraction.
All 9000 series machines are available in stainless steel.
